Our Story
I created Cool Cows For A Cause 5 years ago. The motivation came from having designed a cow bag that was received with incredible interest from people wanting to purchase it while traveling from Chicago to Arizona. I recognized it as an opportunity to support my promising young scholar that I was mentoring from a low income community. My goal as a social worker was to assist in raising funds for her college education. A portion of the proceeds from each bag assists Amaiya’s journey.
An additional benefit is creating bags from re-purposed leather, belts and hardware that would otherwise be discarded.
You may be interested in knowing that all remnants go directly to a USEAGAIN BIN that converts the waste into insulation for houses and cars. The proceeds go directly to the local church and school.
